Training involves learning kicks, strikes and forms, all of which are great for balance, co-ordination, core strength, flexibility and fitness, plus discipline and self control being but a few of the personal skills gained from the training.

Tae Kwon-Do will improve your fitness, flexibility and most of all your confidence. It will help you to control or channel your aggression should the need arise. Right from the first lesson you will start developing a whole new range of skills and capabilities with the opportunity to realise self achievement. Tae Kwon-do is safe, practical and most of all enjoyable.

Separate classes are available for Juniors (from 5 years old) and Adults.
