Learn everything from martial arts techniques, to improving your fitness and strengthening your muscle groups as well as nutrition, including eating in a way that will complement and sustain your training and lifestyle. All at a time that is suitable for you. One on one time can also be used to build confidence before joining a class, catch up on grading syllabus, polish off techniques for your next competition or maybe you want to just see how hard you can train.
